8″ x 10″ pyrography and watercolor painting on wood panel. This painting is inspired by the snow-covered shores of Lake Michigan. This was from the first time I visited the shores of one of the great lakes in the winter. Seeing the tall grass poking through the soft snowbanks was simple and beautiful.
